Kitchen to Table Foods is dedicated to feeding our clients using the freshest, principally organic produce and meats, utilizing primarily locally sourced ingredients available through our partnerships with local farmers and purveyors. We believe that what you eat contributes to health and happiness. We prepare sophisticated seasonal cuisine with love and creativity to the highest standards.
Founder, CEO & Personal Chef
Mark Valentine is a personal chef in the Metrowest area. He was classically trained in France, and has cooked in Paris, San Francisco, Portland, Nantucket, and Boston; where he has done everything from working as an executive chef to owning a café in Wellesley, MA.
Trained in classical French cuisine at the renowned cooking school La Varenne Ecole Du Cuisine in Paris, France, Mark combines his classical training with Asian and Southwestern influences to create a cuisine that is uniquely American and distinctly his own. A food traveler, he has been around the world from Hong Kong to Spain sampling regional cuisines and bringing those flavors and ingredients back into his kitchen.
Mark offers personal chef services, party planning, cooking demonstrations, and in-home gourmet dinner parties, as well as catering celebrations such as birthday parties, graduations and weddings. He is available to discuss your culinary needs at 781-229-2774 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
